What to expect:
Within a group of around 12 (we work with larger numbers within offices or weekend long events) you will be guided through gentle, safe and effective movements with full explanations, that are designed to reinstate natural movement within the body.
Who is it for: The minimum requirement for a workshop is that you can lie down (although we sometimes offer workshops for those who can’t too!).
They are suitable for all ages and abilities, and tailored towards a general purpose.
These can range from addressing chronic muscle pain,

How long will it take?  Workshops are a minimum of 3 hours although we do offer a shorter basic introduction to Somatics, at about 2 hours long. We also offer day long sessions with lunch too.
Where do you work:
 We offer workshops around the country, but if you have a group of 8 or more people we will consider coming out to you, costs dependant on location. Locally we regularly host workshops within St.Davids.
What to wear:
Please wear soft non-restrictive clothing that you’re comfortable in.
This varies dependent on the length, nature and location of the workshop,
but as a general rule, our 3 hour introduction is £30.
We do offer subsidies in various circumstances, please ask.
